A group of employees from GDS will be attempting to cycle around the Isle of Wight next month, whilst raising money for the charity CALM (Campaign Against Living Miserably). The team of 13 will take on the 70 mile route, which incorporates approximately 1800m of climbing, offset by some stunning coastal views.
The charity CALM is a partner charity of “Heads Together” a mental health initiative spearheaded by The Royal Foundation of The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, which combines a campaign to tackle stigma and change the conversation on mental health with fundraising for a series of innovative new mental health services. A separate donation to a charity aiding people affected by the Ukraine conflict will also be made.
