Results from our post-delivery survey ask customers for feedback on their delivery, installation (if applicable), supporting documentation, apparatus and overall satisfaction with GDS. The survey has been running for the past two years.
Overall satisfaction on apparatus was high. Along with great feedback on our installations and training. After Sales Support was identified as our most popular strength, shortly followed by installation and reputation. But for GDS knowing that 100% of our customers would recommend us, was the best indication of how we were performing.
