In July, Dan Zanet (a GDS Geotechnical Systems Engineer) returned from a successful trip to the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru (PUCP). Where he installed a Triaxial Automated System (GDSTAS) and an Enterprise Level Dynamic System (ELDYN), which are the University’s first systems purchased from GDS.

Earlier this year GDS got a chance to visit the brand new Geowynd Laboratory in Southampton.

Last month, Geotechnical Systems Engineer Alexis Antoniou visited Amin Design and Consultancy in Bangladesh to install upgrades to their Resonant Column Apparatus (RCA) and Enterprise Level Dynamic Triaxial Testing System (ELDYN). 

In March, GDS’ Geotechnical Systems Engineer Alexis Antoniou, visited the National Institute of Technology Puducherry in India to perform an upgrade on one of their existing GDS systems, and install a new system to their growing laboratory. 

Piotr Dera, Geotechnical Systems Team Lead at GDS Instruments, recently installed a custom-built, temperature-controlled Enterprise Level Dynamic Triaxial Testing System (ELDYN) at Montana State University. 

Dan Zanet a Geotechnical Systems Engineer at GDS Instruments recently installed an Enterprise Level Dynamic Triaxial System (ELDYN) at Anddes Geolab, a commercial laboratory in Peru. Their ELDYN configuration is capable of performing 10kN at 10Hz and can be used with 70mm and 150mm sample sizes.
